Sift’s Org Chart is an essential tool for gaining a bird’s-eye view of your organization and understanding how you fit within it. With the introduction of advanced filtering capabilities and further card customization, navigating and personalizing your org chart experience is now even more powerful.

With Org Chart Filtering, you can now filter the org chart similarily to the Sift directory, allowing you to narrow down your org chart view by any filterable attribute such as department, employee type, or even Skills!

• Click on the Filter icon at the top of the org chart.

• Select attributes to apply, and watch as the org chart refines to display only the relevant cards.

*Note: The available filters only reflect cards in your current expanded view, the filters will not find additional people.

How to update available filters:

If you are an administrator of Sift, you can head over to the Feature Management -> Directory/Search area of your admin dashboard to update your filters. These filters will match those on your directory.

You can now hide Name and Profile Photo from the org chart cards. This will allow you to generate an org chart view showing the roles in your organization, without necessarily showing the people behind them.

This could be helpful for things like exporting your org chart for a third party, or seeing a more simplified view.

• Click on the Card Content option at the top of the org chart.

• Select the attributes you want to display or hide on the cards.
